A hand created painting of a tiny skull with sterling silver leaf teeth in a silver plated bezel set with crystal resin.  

Available in three sizes - the larger the size, the more detail in the painting (shown in a small) each one id painted to order.

With a silk cord - standard is burgundy. If you would prefer another colour please send me a note and I will let you know if your colour choice is available
